Day 25: Favorite Vegetable

I have already talked about one of my favorite vegetables in my post about what my favorite starter, Brussels Sprouts. Another veggie I eat frequently is kale! I used to really not like kale but then I tried it in different ways and I have to say I kind of love it. I like to bake it with olive oil and salt to make chips. I bake it at around 4:25 until crispy. I also love kale in salad! Always remember to massage your kale before eating. I add a lemon mustard dressing. For toppings I have many favorites chicken, beets, sweet potatoes, or quinoa.
